Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to install a 46' long X 12' wide precast concrete boat ramp,riverward of the mean high water mark and pour a 50' long X 12' wide ramp portion above the mean high water mark at the Corporation's boat launch site in South Bay, Wellesley Island on the Saint Lawrence River,near the Village of Alexandria Bay. The work is intended to eliminate the continuous erosion of the existing gravel boat ramp into the waters of South Bay and to reduce maintenance.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to mine 50.6 acres of topsoil from a 229 acre parcel owned by the applicant. The site is located west of Patterson Raod approximately 400' north of the intersection of Patterson Road and Pearl Street Road (County Rte. 283). 6" - 8" of topsoil will be mined from a topsoil layer of 12" - 14" thick. The remaining topsoil will be prepared and seeded for agricultural use.
