Project Description:

Project Description:
 The Department has prepared a draft Article 19:Air State Facility permit for the emissions from the applicant's existing integrated paper mill. Emissions of volatile organic compounds,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides have been capped in accordance with 6NYCRR Part 201-5, therefore the facility is not subject to the Title V provisions of Subpart 201-6. Operations conducted at this fascility are paper production including deinking and pulping. The emission units are 1-CLEAN: Solvent cleaning of the paper machine felts and deinking plant screens,1-PAPER: Paper production drying process, and 1-CMBST:Two boilers with duel fuel capability(72 MMBtu/hr and 45 MMBtu/hr). In addition to the rules containing general provisions and requirements pertaining to permitting (i.e. NYCRR Parts 200 and 201), the following rules also apply to this facility; 6NYCRR Parts 211, 212, 225 and 227-1.The draft permit is available at the Region 5 Warrensburg office.
