Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to rehabilitate and reconstruct the Lake Lucille dam located in the north westerly portion of the Town of Clarkstown. Proposed work includes the construction of a new service spillway, reinforcement of dam faces, installation of a new outlet and valve. Work also includes the installation of three new 6 foot by 10 foot box culverts to serve as the Lucille Boulevard road crossing.
