Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, deck, garage, and driveway within the 100 ft. adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland MT-7. The proposed sanitary system is greater than 100 ft. from the freshwater wetland boundary and, therefore, beyond Article 24 jurisdiction. Erosion Constrol structures will be utilized to minimize possible sedimentation to the wetland.
