Project Description:
The applicant proposes to operate a solid waste transfer facility with a capacity of 500 tons per day of mixed municipal solid waste. The project site is located at 266 Hopkins Street (at Tifft Street) in the City of Buffalo, Erie County. CID Refuse Service Inc. had previously been permitted to operate a similar facility with the same design capacity at this location.
