Project Description:
 The Department has made a tentative determination to approve this application for a new permit for an existing surface discharge of 11,520 gallons per day (gpd) of treated sanitary wastewater into a tributary of the Mongaup River (Class B) and an existing subsurface discharge of 450 gpd of treated sanitary wastewater from the applicant's seasonal bungalow colony. The project involves no new construction as the bungalow colony is an existing operating facility. The Menucha Bungalow Colony is located at the intersection of Devaney Road, West Mongaup Road and Swan Lake Road in the Town of Liberty, Sullivan County. A draft permit is available for inspection and comment at the regional office.

Project Description:
 The applicant proposes to construct a one-lane bridge over the Coxing Kill Class C(t) in order to construct a single-family residence on a 17.8 acre parcel. The project will disturb a total of approximately 100 lineal feet along the stream. The project is located on the eastern side of Clove Valley Road, approximately two miles south of Clove Road in the Town of Rochester, Ulster County.
