Onondaga County - The Town of Onondaga Town Board as lead agency has determined that the Onondaga Hill Water District Extension No. 11 (South Onondaga Water District) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project includes the installation of approximately 40,000 linear feet of 8, 10 and 12 inch water mains and appurtenances. The proposed water system will serve the residents in the hamlet of South Onondaga and nearby areas and supply fire protection. The project is located in the Town of Onondaga.

Cayuga County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Village of Port Byron Board of Trustees as lead agency has determined that Village of Port Byron Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves upgrading the plant capacity from 0.180 MGD to 0.285 MGD, including replacement of existing equipment and process piping, expansion of the waste water treatment plant site by 0.25 acres, installation of two 24-foot diameter secondary clarifiers and modification of existing influent/effluent sewer/channel. Comments on the negative declaration will be accepted by the contact person listed below until November 30, 1999. The project is located in the Village of Port Byron.
