Project Description:
The applicant proposes to install various utility lines within Freshwater Wetland G-2 (Class 2) and the adjacent 100 feet in conjunction with the development of a 21 lot subdivision located on Barnes Lane, Brae Burn Drive and Lake Street in the Town of Harrison. Proposed work within the freshwater wetland proper involves the installation of approximately 160 linear feet of new sewer line along the south side of Barnes Lane. Work within the freshwater wetland adjacent area includes the installation of sewer lines, manholes and a stormwater outfall pipe.
