Project Description:
 The Town of Barre proposes to extend the water supply and distribution system of the water district #4 into its extension #1 to take for use therein a supply of water estimated to average 3975 gallons per day from the village of Albion's Lake Ontario source. The project includes the installation of 11,000 linear feet of 8-inch water main and appurtenances to serve 14 parcels along West Barre Road and Maple Street. This permit application is associated with the Town of Barre's proposal to extend the water district #3 into its extension #1 along Maple Street which includes 2360 feet of 8 inch water main and an average of 1200 gallons per day from the Village of Albion's Lake Ontario source. The water main proposed to extend Water District #4 will cross an intermittent stream on Maple Street. A draft permit is available for review and comment at the regional office.

Project Description:
 The Town of Fremont Highway Department has made application to renew and modify the current mining permit for the Hendee Gravel Pit. The renewal would authorize continued operation of this mine, unchanged from its approved mining plans. The modification would add +/-10.8 acres to the current 5.5 acre life-of-mine area. The mine site is located east of Windom Hill Road, approximately 1 mile north of the State Rt. 21 intersection.
