The project involves the proposal of the Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority to expand central water service in the Town of Hyde Park to provide a secure and quality water supply to the expanded Harbourd Hills water service area. There will be a public comment period of 30 days commencing with the date of this notice. The action involves a lot line change for two parcels. The conditions involve the requirement that the applicant comply with the technical review comments of McGoey, Hauser & Edsall, dated October 15, 1999. The project is located at First St/Silver Lake Scotchtown Rd., Town of Wallkill.

Draft EIS and Hearing

Orange & Rockland Counties - The Town of Tuxedo Town Board as lead agency has accepted a Draft Supplemental EIS of the Proposed Tuxedo Reserve Planned Integrated Development. The project involves the application of R-H Tuxedo Development, L.P. for a proposed Planned Integrated Development consisting of 866 single family residential units, 329 multi-family residential units, 196,100 square feet of light industrial, office and warehousing space and 72,500 square feet of commercial development to be constructed on a 2,374 acre parcel with approximately 1,900 acres designated as open space. A hearing will be held on January 12, 2000 at 7:00 PM at the Tuxedo High School Route 17, Tuxedo, NY The project is located in the Town of Tuxedo, Orange County and the Village of Sloatsburg, Rockland County.
