The request for a hearing on the denial of the above application for a tidal wetlands permit pursuant to Article 25 of the Environmental Conservation Law and Part 661 of Title 6 of the New York Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations to construct a 12'x12'x151' stone revetment at the toe of the bluff on applicant's property located at the above address in the Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York, and bordering the Long Island Sound has been withdrawn by the applicant.
Accordingly, the hearing noticed for May 4, 2010, in the prior notice of hearing dated April 7, 2010, in the above referenced matter is cancelled.
