SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Village of Scarsdale, Westchester Joint Water Works, the City of White Plains, United Water New Rochelle and the Aquarion Water Company (Petitioners/Upstate Communities) have jointly petitioned the Department for a hearing challenging the upstate water rate implemented by the New York City Water Board effective July 1, 2004.
On September 17, 2008, a Notice of Public Hearing concerning the above referenced petition appeared in the Environmental Notice Bulletin. The Notice of Public Hearing scheduled a pre-adjudicatory hearing issues conference at 11:00 a.m. on October 23, 2008 at the Scarsdale Village Hall.
The purpose of this Supplemental Notice of Public Hearing is to correct the address for the Scarsdale Village Hall. The Scarsdale Village Hall is located at 1001 Post Road rather than 1004 Post Road.
