SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
On June 20, 2007, a notice of legislative public hearing and issues conference appeared in the Department's Environmental Notice Bulletin and The Journal News (Central Area edition) concerning an application filed by the Town/Village of Harrison for a freshwater wetlands permit (Application No. 3-5528-00104/00001) in conjunction with a proposal known as "Project Home Run."
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the location of the legislative public hearing originally scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 23, 2007 at the Harrison Public Library, 2 Bruce Avenue, Harrison, New York has been changed. The legislative hearing will now be held at the same time and on the same date at the Harrison High School cafeteria, located at 255 Union Avenue, Harrison, New York. The location for the legislative hearing has been changed to assure sufficient room to accommodate the anticipated number of people who may be attending the legislative hearing.
