NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
On May 16, 2007, a combined notice of complete application and notice of public hearing appeared in the Environmental Notice Bulletin concerning an application filed by Jahanquir Yaghoobian (Great Neck, New York) for a tidal wetlands permit (Application No. 1-2822-01383/00001).
The hearing scheduled for June 12 and 13, 2007 at the North Hempstead Town Hall has been cancelled.
