Negative Declaration

Greene County - The Village of Catskill Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of 2020 Comprehensive Plan for the Village of Catskill will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of 2020 Comprehensive Plan. The project is located throughout the Village of Catskill, New York.

Rensselaer County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hoffay Mine Modification will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a modification of an existing Mined Land Reclamation permit to add an additional crusher, 2 screeners and 2 generators with diesel tanks, and to include the existing conveyor and maintenance road into the life of mine boundary. The project is located on State Route 150 and Sheer Road in the Town of Sand Lake, New York.
