Project Description: The project involves the modification of a Class A Marina to replace a seasonal berthing customer with a charter vessel, and add nine (9) non-motorized rental vessels (5 stand-up paddle boards and 4 kayaks).


Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Saratoga Honda Vehicle Storage Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the expansion of an existing storage area. The project is located at 3402 Route 9 in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.

Washington County - The Town of Easton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Philippa W Peters Minor Resubdivision #05-19 Easton Library Association Minor Resubdivision #06-19 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the creation of one new 0.157 acre parcel from Philippa Peters site to be merged and conveyed with the remaining lands of Easton Library Association. The project is located on the east side of State Route 40 in the Town of Easton, New York.
