Negative Declaration

Erie County - The Town of Holland, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Holland Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Town's new comprehensive plan. The project is located throughout the Town of Holland, New York.

Erie County - The Town of Lancaster, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Up State Tower Co., LLC Cell Tower BUF-650 Dellwood will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a proposed 125 foot Self-Support Tower and associated telecommunications equipment in 50 foot X 50 foot Lease Area. The project is located at 255 Pavement Road in the Town of Lancaster, New York.

Erie County - The City of Buffalo Planing Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed E&B Holmes Machinery - The Cooperage will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.

The action involves the renovation and reuse of the 1913 Pattern Building and the construction of 2 building additions totaling 65,200 square feet, at 55-59 Chicago Street in the City of Buffalo, New York. The overall project will be of mixed-uses, including a brewery/distillery, 10 apartments, a rock climbing gym and other retail uses. The project will have vehicular access off of Chicago and Mackinaw Streets, with a total of 23 permanent parking spaces on-site. The site will have new pervious surfaces/landscaping on existing impervious surfaces and will treat stormwater on-site in accordance with Buffalo Sewer Authority requirements for stormwater management.

Erie County - The City of Buffalo Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed West End Residential Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.

The action involves the construction of 7 townhouses and 24 condominiums in four buildings (each consisting of 6 units), at 240-260 Lakefront Boulevard in the City of Buffalo, New York. The project will have vehicular access off of Lakefront Boulevard, with a total of 86 parking spaces. The site will have 47 percent pervious surfaces and will treat stormwater on-site in accordance with Buffalo Sewer Authority requirements for stormwater management.

Erie County - The City of Buffalo Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Microbrewery and Restaurant at 310 Jersey Street will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.

The proposed action involves area variances for a one story addition involving the reuse of a former firehouse into a microbrewery/restaurant which is located within the Fargo Estate Historic District.

The project is located at 310 Jersey Street in the City of Buffalo, New York.
