Negative Declaration

Livingston County - The Town of Livonia, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law #1-2018 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposed local law to modify and amend the current Section 150-39. B. of the Livonia Town Code to include a new permitted use which such section is designated as "§150- 39. B. (8)" and shall read: (8) Bar, tavern or any use, which is licensed to distribute. The project is located throughout the Town of Livonia, New York.

Monroe County - City of Rochester Manager of Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Gold Street Lofts will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the demolition of a two-story commercial structure at 1176 Mount Hope Avenue and construction of a five-story, 63,469 square foot mixed use building, which includes 20 indoor parking spaces and 2,100 square feet of commercial space on the first floor, and 32 dwelling units on floors two through five. An existing 24 space parking lot on 17 Langslow Street will be used to serve this development.

The project is located at 1176, 1182, 1186-1188 Mt. Hope Avenue and 17 Langslow Street in the City of Rochester, New York.

Orleans County - The Town of Clarendon, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Clarendon - Water Improvement Benefit Area No. 12 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.

The action involves the installation of approximately 21,000 linear feet of 8-inch waterline along portions of Upper Holley Road (County Road 96), New Guinea Road (County Road 96), Brown School House Road, Transit Road, Boots Road, and Mansfield Road in the Town of Clarendon, New York. Activities include the installation of the watermain, fire hydrants, valves, watermain connections, residential hook-ups, road crossings and boring, excavation and bedding materials and surface restoration. Depending on the budget, automatic flushing units may be installed. The purpose of the project is to address serious health and safety problems and ensure that residents of this area have a reliable supply of good quality water and fire protection.
