Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Town of Henrietta Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hylan Crossing Business Park will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.

The action involves the construction of an office park on approximately 30 acres containing 450,000 ± square feet of building space. The project is located 350 Calkins Road in the Town of Henrietta, New York.

Monroe County - The Penfield Central School District Board of Education, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Penfield Central School District 2018 Elementary Schools Additions Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.

The Penfield Central School District proposes to undertake the 2018 Elementary Schools Additions Project, including upgrades, replacement, rehabilitations and/or reconstruction of various district facilities including additions and site improvements at Cobble Elementary School, Scribner Elementary School and Indian Landing Elementary School; site improvements and renovations at the existing Five Mile Line Road Site including a Bus Wash and Information Technology Building; and a new Bus Garage/Operations Center and Building and Grounds Facility on Plank Road in the Town of Penfield, New York.

The project is located Penfield Central School District Facilities in the Towns of Penfield and Brighton, New York.

Steuben County - The Village of Bath, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Bath Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.

The proposed action involves the construction of new treatment facilities and various upgrades at the Village of Bath Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP). The purpose of the project is to meet new discharge permit requirements, replace aging equipment and increase the capacity of the WWTP to treat additional wastewater.

The project is located at 144 East Morris Street in the Village Bath, New York.
