Ulster County - The City of Kingston Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 24 John Street will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the renovation of an existing building to establish 8 boutique hotel rooms. The project is located in the Nationally Registered Stockade Historic District.
