Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Town of Henrietta, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed SPS Medical Supply will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.

The action involves the rezoning of 15.61 acres of land from RR-2 Residential and B-1 Commercial to I - Industrial for the construction of a 64,750 square foot building addition to an existing facility and allow for a second addition of 100,100 square foot in the future; with all improvements including requisite parking and utility expansions. The project involves acquiring 9.01 acres of land from the adjoiner for the planned expansion of the current SPS Medical facility which is located on 6.6 acres of land and will be re-zoned also.

The project is located on the NW quadrant of intersection of West Henrietta Road and Rush Henrietta Townline Road at 6789 West Henrietta Road in the Town of Henrietta, New York

Monroe County - The Planning Board, Town of Greece, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town Center Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.

The action involves, in summary, DVL2, LLC (Applicant/Project Sponsor) proposal to develop approximately 12.84 acres of property south and east of the intersection of Long Pond Road and Latta Road. The property is zoned Restricted Business (BR) and will expand upon existing commercial development at the same intersection. The Applicant/Project Sponsor proposes to construct on the Premises seven (7) or more commercial buildings (approximately 40,000-50,000 square feet), with related utilities, grading, landscaping/buffering, paved driveways and parking, site lighting, and other site modifications (the "Project"). Phase 1 of the development will include a 15,000± square foot urgent care facility. The proposed vehicular access for the Premises is via an existing signalized driveway at Long Pond Road, an existing unsignalized access on Latta Road (shared with the adjoining senior apartment development), and a new signalized access on Latta Road which is proposed to be installed when warrants are met in the course of overall site development.

The project is located 3069-3107 Latta Road in the Town of Greece, New York.
