Negative Declaration

Genesee County - The Village of Alexander, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water Distribution Replacement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of approximately 31,200 linear feet of 6 inch and 8 inch distribution and transmission water main, hydrants, valves and appurtenances installed around 1950 along Broadway Road, Church Street, Buffalo Street, Bartz Drive, Railroad Avenue and NYS Route 98 in the Town and Village of Alexander, NY. The project is located on multiple streets in the Village and Town of Alexander, New York.

Genesee County - The Village of Oakfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wastewater Treatment Facility and Collection System Improvement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement and improvements to the existing wastewater collection system and treatment facility as well as installation of a new solar array adjacent to the Village of Oakfield Wastewater Treatment Facility. The project is located at Irving Parkway, Oakfield, NY.

Livingston County - The Town of Avon, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed A local law to amend the boundaries of a certain zoning district currently known as PDD to R2 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.

The action involves the adoption of a local law to amend the boundaries of a planned development zoning district and change such area to a zoning classification of one and two-family residential district (R- 2) The purpose of this local law is to modify the boundaries of a certain zoning district currently known as Planned Development District( PDD) within the Town, changing such certain specified area to One and Two- Family Residential District( R- 2). The project is located throughout the Town of Avon, New York.
