Suffolk County - The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYS OPRHP), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Phase III Demolitions will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the NYS OPRHP for the abatement and demolition of Building 40 and Buildings 18.1, 18.2 and 18.3 at the former Kings Park Psychiatric Center in Nissequogue River State Park.
