Negative Declaration

Genesee County - The City of Batavia City Council, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Batavia Comprehensive Plan Update will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposed adoption of the Batavia Comprehensive Plan, which was prepared pursuant to Section 28-a of New York State General City Law. The project is located throughout the City of Batavia, New York.

Monroe County - The Town of Brighton Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 1925 South Clinton Avenue Incentive Zoning Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposed 77,000 ± square foot commercial development, including office, medical office, daycare, retail, and/or restaurant uses, to be constructed and operated on a 11.19 acres parcel owned by DiMarco Group. The project is located at 1915 - 1925 South Clinton Avenue in the Town of Brighton, New York.

Monroe County - The Mayor of the City of Rochester, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the City of Rochester's Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) as a comprehensive planning program for the waterfront to address issues relevant to waterfront revitalization, environmental resource protection, public access and recreation, commercial and recreation surface water uses, and flooding and erosion. The project is located along the waterfront of Lake Ontario, the Genesee River, and the Erie Canal within the municipal boundaries of the City of Rochester

Positive Declaration

Monroe County - The Town of Sweden Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Rezoning Application Vacant Land Sweden Walker Road may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves a request by the applicant requests to rezone 12.83 ± acres of vacant land on Sweden Walker Road, from the current zoning of Residential (R-1) to Recreation Commercial (B-1) for the purpose of holding "mud run" events involving recreational racing of off-road vehicles. The project is located on vacant land on Sweden Walker Road in the Town of Sweden, New York.
