Negative Declaration

Livingston County - The Town of Avon, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Joyful Beginnings will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The applicant is proposing to construct and use a 6,700 ± square foot building to serve as a daycare center for the existing business known as "Joyful Beginnings Child Care." The improvements to the lot will also include associated parking areas, utilities and appurtenant improvements that are normal and incidental to operating a child care center. The project is located on Lot 18 of Tec Drive in the James M. Steele Commerce Park Planned Development District, formerly known as the Crossroads Commerce Park Planned Development District in the Town of Avon, New York.

Monroe County - The Town of Pittsford Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed New Family Branch YMCA Pittsford NY will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a new YMCA building, parking, and stormwater facilities. The building is proposed to be 138,000 ± square feet with 675 parking spaces. The project is located at the northwest corner of Clover Street (State Route 65) and West Jefferson Road (State Route 252) in the Town of Pittsford, New York. The project includes the addition of a new signalized entrance off of West Jefferson Road (State Route 252).

Monroe County - The Town of Perinton Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Woodcliff - Building VII Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 120,000 square foot office building with associated parking, utilities and landscaping improvements. The project is located at 390 Woodcliff Drive in the Town of Perinton, New York.

Ontario County - The Town of Geneva Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed City of Geneva Solar Farm will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The proposed project includes the construction of approximately 2.9 MW DC (2MW AC) solar photovoltaic array system on a portion of the site located on County Road 6 and located within the Agriculture (A) zoning district. The project will consist of ground-mounted, solar photovoltaic panels in a fixed-tilt tracking configuration. The energy generated from the array will be sold to the City of Geneva, to be used for municipal metering, including street lighting, pump stations and waste water treatment. The array will be situated on approximately 11 acres of the 68 acre parcel, which a 25 year lease term will be established. The project is located on County Road 6 in the Town of Geneva, New York.
