Negative Declaration

Broome County - The Town of Conklin, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Special Permit application of the Dick's Merchandising & Supply Chain, Inc. will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. An application for a special permit modification concerning property located in the Economic Development District Zone ("EDDZ") was received by the Town of Conklin Town Board, as lead agency, determined that approval of a special permit modification for the project on the property listed below will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project is located 1314 Conklin Road, Conklin, NY.

Cayuga County - The Town of Sennett Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed A Local Law to Amend the Zoning Law of the Town of Sennett (Local Law 7-2014) to Add a New Article Regulating Solar Power and Energy Systems in the Town, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves: Adding a new Article XI-A to be titled "Solar Energy Systems" to the Zoning Law of the Town of Sennett to permit and regulate the construction of solar energy systems in the Town of Sennett in a manner that preserves the health, safety and welfare of the Town while also facilitating the production of renewable energy. The project location is Town-wide.

Cortland County - The Town of Preble Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law No. A-2017 - Amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Preble to Add New Provisions Regulating Solare Energy Systems in the Town, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Said Local Law which will establish provision for the placement, design, construction and operation of solar energy systems in order to uphold the public health, safety and welfare to ensure that such systems will not have a significant adverse impact on the aesthetic qualities and character of the Town. The project is located Town of Preble Town-wide.

Onondaga County - The Town Board Town of Onondaga, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law E-2017 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Local Law amending overlay setback requirements for arterial and collector streets in the Town. This law would reduce, but maintain additional setback requirements. The project is located Arterial and Collector Roads and Highways in Town.
