Fill in boat slip with approximately 120 cy of clean fill. Install a 4' wide walkway landward of the new bulkhead. The project site is located at 265 S. Project Description:

The applicant proposes the operation of a new waste water thermal decontamination system (in building 111) designed to replace the existing system (in building 102). The system decontaminates liquid effluent generated from the Animal Disease Laboratory Building 101 containment areas prior to being treated in the Plum Island waste water treatment plant. The system decontaminates waste water by holding it at a minimum temperature of 250 degrees F for a minimum of 30 minutes using multiple tanks for a total daily capacity of 65,000 gallons per day.
