Project Title: Peru Sand and Gravel, LLC

Location: Off Peru Rod and Gun Club Road in the Town of Peru, New York.

Project Description: Modification of a previously approved sand and gravel pit permit to reduce the acreage from 15 acres to 12.2 acres and increase the excavation area within the 12.2 acres. Excavating, crushing, screening and stockpiling of materials will occur on the site. The average annual production is estimated to be 22,500 cubic yards of sand, gravel and cobble stones and the maximum estimated production of the same materials will be 45,000 cubic yards. The daily loaded truck trips will range from 12 to 20 trips. A combination of double axel dump trucks and tractor trailer dump trailers will be used to transport material. The hours of operation will be from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p..m weekdays and 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Project Title: Robert Tripp

Location: Bucks Corners Road and Cringle Road in the Town of Saranac, New York.

For Adirondack Park Agency: Comment Period Ends: August 9, 2017

Project Description: A seven lot subdivision creating Lots 1-5, five vacant residential lots ranging in size from 2 ± acres to 4 ± acres; one single family dwelling with on-site wastewater treatment system and on-site water supply is proposed on each of the five residential lots. Lot 6 is a 0.83 ± acre lot which will be improved by the proposed subdivision access road. Lot 7 is the remaining 39 ± acres which will be merged with the landowner's adjoining 9.5 ± acre lot (tax designation 216-3-7.11).

Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Munter Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the creation of 3 lots from a 45 ± acre underdeveloped parcel and the construction of an access road to serve the 3 lots. Along with the road, the following utilities will be constructed to serve the lots: water, sewer, natural gas, electric, and communication lines. The necessary storm water infrastructure will also be developed.

SKS Bottle and Packaging site plan application consists of constructing a 118,000 square foot building to operate as a bottle distribution warehouse and corporate offices. Parking lots will be developed to serve employees and visitors, loading dock areas for shipping and receiving.

The project is located on Geyser Road in the City of Saratoga Springs, New York.
