The project includes a permanent retaining wall along the edge of the creek and the restoration of the embankment behind the wall.

The applicant proposes to construct a new distribution substation in order to provide stable electrical distribution to the existing circuit and support anticipated future electric load at the Collamer Crossing Business Park. Temporary impacts to NYS Freshwater Wetland SYE-2 include .68 acres due to the placement of wetland matting for site access. Permanent wetland buffer impacts include 3.31 acres for construction of permanent access roads, and substation footprint. Upon grading, 1.34 acres will be seeded and planted with an upland mix.

The Town of Albion proposes to widen 200 linear feet of Mattison Rd, by two feet along each shoulder, through the regulated adjacent area of class 2 NYS Freshwater Wetland RI-33. A culvert will be installed to allow water to pass under the roadway. The project location is approximately 2,200 feet west of the intersection of Main St. and Mattison Rd. Sediment and erosion controls will be in place to prevent any material from entering the wetland.

The applicant (Village of Dryden) is proposing to perform a series of improvements to the existing Village of Dryden Public Water Supply System to include installation of two new groundwater production wells and well houses: Dryden Lake Well No. 1 (600 gallons per minute) to be located off West Lake Road; and Dryden Lake Well No. 2 (250 gallons per minute) to be located on Dryden Lake Park Access Road. Water from these two new wells will be conveyed by a new transmission main to the Village of Dryden distribution system. The approved maximum daily withdrawal of water will be 425 gallons per minute (612,000 gallons per day) from existing wells and the new Dryden Lake Well Nos. 1 & 2. The permit issued for this proposed activity will be a consolidation of all the Village of Dryden previous water supply approvals and will supersede all previously approved water supply permits.
