Negative Declaration

Livingston County - The Town of Livonia, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Rezoning - Bronson Hill Road will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rezoning of a portion of tax parcel 65.-1-16.111 and 65.-1-16.222. On tax parcel 65.-1-16.111 it is proposed to rezone approximately 35.215 acres of land on the west side of Bronson Hill Road from Mixed Use to Industrial. On tax parcel 65.-1-16.222, it is proposed to rezone approximately 0.925 acres of land from Industrial to Mixed Use. Lands are currently undeveloped. Current zoning on adjacent parcels consists of Mixed Use and Industrial. The project is located at 3186 Bronson Hill Road in the Town of Livonia, New York.

Conditioned Negative Declaration

Ontario County - The Village of Bloomfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Elm and Main 12 building 61 units Townhomes will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30 day public comment period commencing with the date of this notice.

The action involves a Special Use Permit # VSP1-17 and site plan for Elm and Main Street Townhouse project. The proposal is for two (2) parcels to be combined to equal 12.27 + acres that will be the site for twelve (12) buildings with 2 to 6 units be building with a total of sixty one (61) units. The project will be hooked up to public water and sewer, have four street lights, and will have catch basins that will drain into an oversized retention pond. There will be an age restriction of 55 + for the first twelve (12) year. The project is located on Elm and Main Street in the Village of Bloomfield, New York.
