The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Sullivan Resorts, LLC for a site known as the Former Grossingers Resort, site ID #C353015. This site is located in the Town of Liberty, within the County of Sullivan, and is located at 1, 14 and 16 Clements Road and 27-127 Grossinger Road. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than June 16, 2017. A copy of the application and other relevant documents are available at the document repository located at Liberty Public Library, 189 North Main Street, Liberty, 12754. Pursuant to Title 9, Article 54 of the Environmental Conservation Law, the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYS OPRHP) hereby gives public notice of the following:

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 49-0305 (9) of the Environmental Conservation Law, that the State of New York acting by and through the NYS OPRHP intends to acquire a Conservation Easement from the Boys and Girls Club of Newburgh in Newburgh, Orange County, New York.

Negative Declaration

Dutchess County - The Town of Hyde Park Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hyde Park Town Center North-Mavis Tire will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant to demolish an existing structure located in an existing shopping center and replace it with a 7,330 ± square foot automotive retail/service facility with 7 bays, at 28 foot 9 inches tall. The project includes improvements to the Site such as grading & drainage, landscaping, lighting, traffic flow and the consolidation of two lots into one. The project is located at 4274 and 4280 Albany Post Road in the Town of Hyde Park, New York.

Orange County - The Town of Goshen Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC - Major Site Plan and Special Permit Application will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal for a major site plan and special permit approval to construct a 182 foot wireless telecommunications facility (monopole and associated equipment shelter) on a parcel containing 19.2 ± acres. The project is located at 638 Craigville Road in the Town of Goshen, New York.
