Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The Town of Ballston, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Goode Street Water Extension will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the extension of water to an existing district. The project is located on Goode Street in Burnt Hills, Town of Ballston, New York.

Saratoga County - The Town of Ballston, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Katz - Route Water District Extension Petition will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application and petition for the extension of the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Consolidated Water District No. 2, to provide service to the future residents within the proposed Katz - Route 50 Planned Unit Development District (PUDD). The project proposes the construction of a 3 story mixed use building which includes 23,000 square feet of retail/commercial space and 40 apartment units, 11 apartment units each containing 11 units, and 57 single family residences, all on a 90.85 acre site. It is noted that a portion of the project property already lies within the existing Water District. The extension requested is for the balance of the undivided parcel which does not currently lie within the Water District. The project is located west side of NYS Route 50 approximately 1, 100 feet south of the intersection of Meadowbrook Court, McCrea Hill Road and NYS Route 50 in the Town of Ballston, New York.

Saratoga County - The Town of Northumberland Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Dollar General Retail Store will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the demolition of an existing single family residence and the construction of a 7,500 square foot retail store, Dollar General. The project is located 51 Leonard Street in Gansevoort, Town of Northumberland, New York.
