The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Ranalli/Taylor St., LLC for a site known as Former Coyne Textile, site ID #C734144. This site is located in the City of Syracuse, within the County of Onondaga, and is located at 140 Cortland Avenue. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than May 12, 2017. A copy of the application and other relevant documents are available at the document repositories located at Syracuse University Libraries - Bird Library, 222 Waverly Avenue, Syracuse, 13244 and Onondaga County Central Library, 447 South Salina Street, Syracuse, 13202. Negative Declaration

Tompkins County - The City of Ithaca Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Schwartz Center Plaza Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant to replace the existing plaza area to the east of Schwartz Center for Performing Arts in order to improve the aesthetics, safety and functionality of the plaza. The project scope includes removal of the 4 foot high wall separating the plaza from the sidewalk, creating permeable connections from the sidewalk to the plaza by a series of short stairs, and adding new seating, landscaping and lighting. The project is in the City of Ithaca's MU-1 Zoning District. The project is located at 403 College Avenue in the City of Ithaca, New York.

Tompkins County - The Tompkins County Industrial Development Agency (IDA), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Millard Hill Road Solar Farm will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a new solar energy system (ground-mounted photovoltaic system), on a 99.84 acre parcel located on the north side of Millard Hill Road in the Town of Newfield, New York. The project site is approximately 40 acres. In addition to the solar energy system, the project also includes installation of deer fencing, a visual screening tree line, and construction of temporary access roads and staging areas.

Onondaga County - The Town of Onondaga Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed NYS Route 175 Corridor will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Second Addendum to the Supplement of the 2007 Town of Onondaga Master Plan and enactment of a Local Law amending the zoning Chapter of the Town Code to implement Plan amendments fro 2016 and 2017. The project is located along NYS Route 175 from the Syracuse City Line west to Nixon Park Drive in the Town of Onondaga, New York.
