Negative Declaration

Albany County - The Town of Colonie Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed First Prize Rezoning and Inter-Municipal Agreement will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rezoning of approximately 32 acres to a Redevelopment Overlay Zone specific to the subject property. Following the rezoning, any proposed future development will be subject to site specific SEQR Review. The project is located at 67 to 76 Exchange Street in the Town of Colonie and the City of Albany, New York.

Rensselaer County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Onderdonk Ridge Mine will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal to modify an existing permit for a 12.9 acre mine, to authorize a mine-through to the adjacent Corellis Mine to create a more uniform grade upon the completion of mining. The project is located on Routes 9 and 20 in the Town of East Greenbush, New York.

The project is located on Routes 9 and 20 in the Town of East Greenbush, New York.

Schoharie County - The Village of Cobleskill, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water Storage and Distribution System Improvements Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves upgrades and replacements of the existing water systems storage facilities, the pump station, distribution mains and system controls. The project will include the installation of water storage tanks and the replacement and relocation of water mains and site restoration. The project is located throughout the Village of Cobleskill, New York.
