Negative Declaration

Dutchess County - The Town of Hyde Park, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Barry Bed and Breakfast will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a request by the applicant for site plan approval to construct a 5 bedroom bed and breakfast establishment in nearly the same footprint as an existing single-family home, which has deteriorated and must be torn down. The proposed use is consistent with zoning use provisions and standards; and includes improvements to: access and parking; landscaping; and lighting. The project site is adjacent to the Hyde Park Elementary School, which is listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Places. The project is located at 4331 Albany Post Road in the Town of Hyde Park, New York.

Positive Declaration and Public Comment Period

Westchester County - The City of White Plains, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 200 Hamilton Avenue Rezoning and Development may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves a petition by W.P. Mall Realty, LLC for a Zoning Ordinance amendment affecting property at 200 Hamilton Avenue in the City of White Plains, New York. The action would rezone the Project Site from the existing B-2 Neighborhood Business District to create a new "TD-1 Transit Development 1" District to facilitate the future redevelopment of the Project Site as a mixed-use residential/commercial project including 95,000 square foot of retail and restaurant uses, 600 multi-family residential dwelling units occupying approximately 526,200 square foot of floor area, an elevated and publicly accessible green space of more than one acre and a parking garage containing approximately 720 spaces. The Project Site is currently developed with a 2 story, approximately 170,000 square foot retail shopping mall and approximately 360 parking spaces.
