The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Putnam Resources, LLC for a site known as 53 Putnam Street, site ID #C546057. This site is located in the City of Saratoga Springs, within the County of Saratoga, and is located at 53 Putnam Street. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than April 7, 2017. Project Description: The project involves the operation of a Class A Marina offering up to 5 seasonal berthing spaces.


Negative Declaration

Washington County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed James H. Maloy Mine will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the modification of the current Mined Land Reclamation permit to allow the addition of 3.0 ± acres of reserves area to the permitted Life of Mine (LOM). The area to be added is located to the west of the existing mine site, in a wooded area between the mine site and McIntyre Street. The reclamation objective(s) for the site will be consistent with those documented in the previously approved Mined Land Use Plan, with the site being reclaimed to open grassland. The project is located on McIntyre Street in Fort Edward, New York.

Conditioned Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The Town of Moreau Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Greenwood Estates Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30 day public comment period commencing with the date of this notice.

The action involves the subdivision of a 54 acre parcel into 19 residential building lots ranging from 32,500 square foot to 836,897 square foot. The project will involve a new 1,000 lineal foot public road that will connect to Redmond Road. The project is located between Butler Road and Redmond Road in the Town of Moreau, New York.

The conditions are:

The receipt of approvals from the New York State Department of Health (NYS DOT) and the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYS OPRHP).
