Positive Declaration

Rensselaer County - The Town of East Greenbush Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed East Greenbush Technology Park - Part 2 may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the expansion and development of the existing East Greenbush Technology Park on Mannix Road in the Town of East Greenbush, New York, with a change in zoning from office (0) to planned development district (POD). The uses within the POD would be offices, research and light manufacturing.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing

Rensselaer County - The Town of East Greenbush Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed East Greenbush Technology Park - Part 2. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on March 15, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the East Greenbush Town Hall, 225 Columbia Turnpike, East Greenbush. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until March 27, 2017. The Draft EIS is available from the East Greenbush Town Hall, 225 Columbia Turnpike, East Greenbush, NY; the East Greenbush Community Library, 10 Community Way, East Greenbush, NY and on line at: http://www.eastgreenbush.org/.

Rensselaer County - The Town of East Greenbush Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Regeneron Mill Creek Campus. The Final EIS is available from the East Greenbush Town Hall, 225 Columbia Turnpike, East Greenbush, NY; the East Greenbush Community Library, 10 Community Way, East Greenbush, NY and on line at: http://www.eastgreenbush.org/.

The action involves the construction of the Mill Creek Campus of Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, LLC, on Tempel Lane in the Town of East Greenbush, New York, consisting principally of warehouse facilities.
