Negative Declaration

Kings County (Brooklyn) - The New York City Board of Standards and Appeals (NYC BSA), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 673 Driggs Avenue will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the request for a variance (§72-21) to permit the construction of a new community facility building at the premises which would contain a for-profit school, the school at Fillmore Place for children ages two through six. The project is located in the R6B zoning district, a historic district, at 673 Driggs Avenue in the Borough of Brooklyn, New York.
