Negative Declaration

Otsego County - The Town of Otsego Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Bissell Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction and use of a cottage on a parcel that has a non-conforming Bed and Breakfast within the Otsego Lake Protection District and the Glimmerglass Historic District. The project is located 6515 NYS Highway 80 in the Town of Otsego, New York.

Rensselaer County - The Village of Castleton-on-Hudson, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Upgrade will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the upgrade of the Village's WWTP using, maintaining and improving the existing infrastructure. The project will upgrade, reuse and replace various components of the WWTP and incorporate best available technology and energy conservation where practical. All of the upgrade work will take place within the boundary of the existing WWTP site which was filled prior to the construction of the existing structures. The project is located on NYS Route 9J in the Town of Schodack, New York.
