The applicant proposes to construct 36 feet of new bulkhead seaward of the existing boat slip bulkhead, enclosing a portion of the slip area. Placement of 100 cubic yards of clean fill behind the structure. Additionally, to remove the existing and install a new ramp, floating dock and finger float. The project is located at 110 East 2nd St Ave, Freeport, Hempstead Town, Nassau County.
