Project Description:

The applicant is proposing to increase the current life-of-mine for the Center Street Road Sand and Gravel Mine by 0.27 acres to incorporate an area within the parcel that was mined prior to 1975. The mine site has an existing permit for mining activity on 11.51 acres of land during the permit term, with a 66.03 acre life-of-mine facility, on a 109.21 acre parcel of land.

SEQR Lead Agency: None Designated

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:

The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The application type is exempt and/or the project involves the continuation of an existing operational activity.

Coastal Management:

This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
