Negative Declaration

Broome County - The City of Binghamton Planning Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Senior Housing Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposed senior housing development including the construction of a two story addition onto an existing two story structure as well as the conversion of an existing three family dwelling into senior housing dwelling units. The project is located at 305-309 Clinton Street in the City of Binghamton, New York.

Madison County - The Town of Sullivan Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law No. D-2016 - A Local Law to Amend Chapter 275 (Zoning) of the Code of the Town of Sullivan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Local Law, if enacted, will allow Low Impact Tree Service Businesses in the Agricultural District upon the granting of a Special Use Permit by the Town of Sullivan Planning Board. The project is located throughout the Town of Sullivan, New York.
