Negative Declaration

Genesee County - The Town of Bergen, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Bergen Comprehensive Plan Update will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Comprehensive Plan Update prepared by the Village and Town of Bergen Comprehensive Plan Committee. The Comprehensive Plan includes documentation of existing conditions; analysis of Issues; goals; and recommended actions. The Comprehensive Plan will guide the Town's decisions regarding land use and zoning, natural resources, farmland and agriculture, housing and neighborhoods, economic development, transportation and utilities, parks and recreation, government and community services, and historic resources. The project is located throughout the Village and Town of Bergen, New York.

Monroe County - The City of Rochester Planning and Zoning, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 1255 University Avenue will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a request for a change of use from manufacturing, office and retail to 36,500 square feet of commercial space. The new use will included 17 dwelling units including a third floor addition; new overhead door on north wall leading to 21 indoor parking spaces; new over head door on the west wall leading to 16 indoor parking spaces; parking lot reconfiguration; and interior and exterior renovations. The project is located at 1255 University Avenue in the City of Rochester, New York.
