Project Description: The project involves the installation of a new 80 foot tall telecommunications tower, antennas, an equipment platform, access drive and other associated improvements.


Negative Declaration

Clinton County - The Northern Adirondack Central School, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Solar Array Generating Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 1.6 megawatt generating solar array on approximately 7 .5 acres of a 102 acre parcel of undeveloped land owned by the School District which will be connected to the existing power distribution grid along State Route 11, west of the project. The project is located at 5572 Route 11 in Ellenburg Depot, New York.

Essex County - The Town of Essex Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed House Addition - Phillips will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a 768 square foot addition to a circa 1847 house in the Historic Hamlet District of the Town of Essex, to be built on. the footprint of an existing two story porch. The project is located at 10 Elm Street in the Town of Essex, New York.

Saratoga County - The Town of Wilton Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Everglades Mixed Use Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application by Thomas J. Farone Homebuilders for the approval of the Everglades Mixed Use Development consisting of 50 residential units and 8,620 square feet of commercial space. The project is located at 666 NYS Route 9 in the Town of Wilton, New York.

Warren County - The Town of Queensbury Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Joseph Leuci - John Clendon Road Conservation Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant for a 20 lot conservation subdivision to include 19 single family residential lots, a new subdivision road and 41.6 ± acres to be conveyed to the Town of Queensbury Recreation Department for inclusion in the Town of Queensbury Trail System. The project is located at the end of John Clendon Road in the Town of Queensbury, New York.
