Negative Declaration

Livingston County - The Town of Springwater Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of a New Local Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law regulating Adult Entertainment Uses within the Town of Springwater. The project is located throughout the Town of Springwater, New York.

Seneca County - The Town of Tyre Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Finger Lakes Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by Crimson Creek, LLC for a new development of an approximately 16,000 square foot new construction building, a private internal roadway system and parking areas, drainage and wastewater holding and/or transportation facilities, site lighting, water supply and sanitary facilities, and such other infrastructure as is customary of an automobile dealership, sales and service center to be located on a subdivided portion of land. The project is located on the easterly side of NYS Route 414 in the Town of Tyre, New York.
