Public Notice

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application from Woodbine Business Park, Inc. for a site known as the Woodbine Business Park, site ID #C734145. This site is located in the Town of DeWitt, within the County of Onondaga, and is located at Canada Drive. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than October 28, 2016. A copy of the application and other relevant documents are available at the document repository located at the DeWitt Community Library, Shoppingtown Mall, 3649 Erie Boulevard East, DeWitt, NY 13214. Negative Declaration

Oswego County - The Town of Volney, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Airport Water Service Area #4 - Fulton Extension will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 22,000 feet of water main, hydrants, valves, and water services along roads. All main line work will be in the road rights-of-way. The project is located along portions of NYS Route 3, County Route 9, Silk Road, Muckey Road, Baldwin Road, and Rowlee Road in the Town of Volney, New York.

The project is located along portions of County Route 4, Mudlake Road, Dietrich Road, and Kings Road in the Town of Volney, New York.
