Negative Declaration

Erie County - The Buffalo Sewer Authority, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Scajaquada Creek Restoration will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the implementation of a Scajaquada Creek shoreline and wetland restoration project between Main Street and Elmwood Avenue in the City of Buffalo, New York, to filter and retain stormwater; reduce erosion, sedimentation, stagnation, algae growth, trash accumulation and odors within Forest Lawn Cemetery and Delaware Park.

Erie County - The Village of Williamsville Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sale and Redevelopment of Williamsville Water Mill Complex will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the Village of Williamsville to sell the property located at 56 East Spring Street in the Village of Williamsville, New York, commonly known as the Williamsville Water Mill Complex to My Sweet Jenny's LLC, which plans to continue to operate retail operations thereat and to redevelop other portions of the property to accommodate other retail and commercial operations.
