Negative Declaration

Dutchess County - The Town of Rhinebeck Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town Code Amendments will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an Amendment of Rhinebeck Town Code, Repeal of Chapter 78, and Amendments to Chapter 125. The project is located throughout the Town of Rhinebeck, New York.

Westchester County - The County of Westchester, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Bronx River Reservation Pathway, Scarsdale will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of approximately 7,580 linear feet of asphalt pathway within Westchester County's Bronx River Reservation, between Crane Road Bridge and Greenacres Avenue in Scarsdale, New York, to link up existing paved pathways to the north and south. The pathway will be approximately 12 feet wide (8 feet with 2-foot shoulders on each side). The project will include new retaining walls, varying in height from 2 to 10 feet along segments of the pathway; two new wooden truss bridges to cross over existing stormwater outfalls; a new 17 foot wide by 8 foot high culvert under the southbound on-ramp from Fenimore Road, and a new 140 foot long by 12 foot wide ramp to Greenacres Avenue.
