Project Description:

The applicant proposes to modify an existing 19.9 acre life-of-mine bluestone mined land reclamation permit by adding 9.6 acres, expanding west and southwest. More accurate re-surveying techniques reveals the correct acreage of the existing LOM is 22 acres, for a total proposed LOM of 31.6 acres. The site is currently approved for crushing, screening, blasting, and mechanical cutting of stone. The project is located off Roods Creek Road, approximately 0.7 miles south of State Route 10.

Cultural resource lists and maps have been checked. The proposed activity is not in an area of identified archaeological sensitivity and no known registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified or documented for the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.

Coastal Management:

This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:

The applicant proposes to install a floating dock within Class 2 Freshwater Wetland HT-4, Tannersville Lake, which also contains the Class C(TS) Gooseberry Creek. The dock would rest on the lake bottom using footpads and will measure 288 square feet in area. A 32' x 4' segment is proposed to extend outward into the lake and will form a "T" with a 20' x 8' segment of the dock. This project is located at the Village of Tannersville Park.
