Negative Declaration

Onondaga County - The New York State University Construction Fund (NYS UCF), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Academic Research Building and Block D Surge Parking Lot will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 54,308 square foot building on a 3.0 acre site which will house the administrative offices and research programs for State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY ESF). Block D Surge Parking Lot involves construction of a 28,416 square foot asphalt parking lot containing 90 parking spaces on a 1.62 acre parcel (bounded by Raynor Avenue/Standard Street/Stadium Place). The project is located on Forestry Drive in Syracuse, New York.
